In the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, on the evening of Sunday, November 9, 2025, a burst of gunfire shattered the calm at an apartment complex on Hardee Street NE. When police arrived at the scene just before 6 p.m., they discovered the bodies of two men who had been fatally shot. One of the victims was identified as 32-year-old Terrell Jordan. The other man was 24-year-old Michael Cammick.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Atlanta Police Department's Homicide Unit immediately began an investigation into the double homicide, working to piece together the events that led to the shooting. Detectives canvassed the area and sought information from the public to understand the circumstances surrounding the deaths of Jordan and Cammick. In an effort to generate leads, Crime Stoppers offered a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that would lead to an arrest in the case.
Despite the ongoing investigation and the offered reward, authorities have not publicly identified any suspects or made any arrests in connection with the murders of Terrell Jordan and Michael Cammick. The motive for the shooting also remains unclear as the case continues to be an active investigation. The families of both victims were left to mourn their losses as law enforcement continues to seek justice for the two men whose lives were cut short by violence.
