In the evening hours of Thursday, November 13, 2025, a fatal shooting shattered the quiet of a south side Milwaukee neighborhood. Miguel Angel Roman Arocho, a 49-year-old man, was shot and killed near the intersection of 16th and Rogers. The incident, which occurred around 7:20 p.m., stemmed from an argument.
