Deontre Mincey, 30, a Black male from Portal, Georgia, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of October 25, 2025, in the parking lot of 200 Lanier Drive in Statesboro, a small commercial strip that includes Cowboy’s Bar and Smoke Crave.
