Victor Vazquez Mora, 43, a Hispanic/Latino male, drove to the Starlite Motel on San Antonio’s Northwest Side on the morning of October 28, 2025. Police say an argument unfolded in a room where the mother of his children was staying with her new boyfriend and two minors.
