Jonathan J.W. 'Jon' Floyd, a 55-year-old male resident of Perry, Missouri, was found fatally injured on October 12, 2025, following a shooting in rural Ralls County near Monroe City. Authorities initiated a homicide investigation that quickly directed them to a residence in the nearby town of Paris, Missouri, in search of a person of interest connected to the incident.
