Sedrick Taylor, 22, male, was shot and killed late Saturday morning, October 18, 2025, in the parking lot of the McDonald’s at Airline Highway and Prescott Road in Baton Rouge. Police were called around 11:15 a.m.; officers arrived to find Taylor with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene as the coroner’s office responded.
