In the quiet evening of October 10, 2015, the life of 33-year-old Hispanic male Eduardo Olivas was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident unfolded shortly before 8:00 p.m. in the 1200 block of Cristy Drive, where Olivas sustained fatal gunshot wounds and died at the scene. Another man, aged 36, was also injured in the shooting but survived with non-life-threatening injuries after being transported to a local hospital.
