In the winter of 2011, the life of Marvin Thomas, a 40-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short in Albuquerque, New Mexico. On Friday, December 9, 2011, Thomas was killed under circumstances that authorities would deem a homicide. His death is considered an unsolved murder.
