George Coulam, 88, male, White/Caucasian, was found dead on the morning of May 21, 2025, at his home in Todd Mission, a small city in Grimes County, Texas. A housekeeper discovered him inside the residence near the Texas Renaissance Festival grounds he founded, and first responders were dispatched around 9 a.m. The Todd Mission Police Department led the initial response, with the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Rangers assisting at the scene.
