In the late hours of a Friday night in Milwaukee, the life of Phyiheem Javon Lee Jackson, a 28-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On May 16, 2025, at approximately 10:28 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the evening calm in the area of 62nd and Lisbon.
