In the summer of 2017, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of an evening in southeast Albuquerque, leaving a man fatally wounded. The victim was later identified as Jonathan Smith, a 50-year-old male. The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at a residence located at 5549 Anderson Ave SE.
