Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced Destinee Police, 26, dead at the scene shortly after officers responded to a 5:40 p.m. shooting call. Family and funeral notices remembered Destinee Police, 26, as a devoted daughter and mother rooted in her Dallas community.
