Destinee Police, 26, a Dallas mother, was shot and killed on September 23, 2025, in the 2600 block of Wilhurt Avenue in Oak Cliff. Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced Destinee Police, 26, dead at the scene shortly after officers responded to a 5:40 p.m. shooting call. Family and funeral notices remembered Destinee Police, 26, as a devoted daughter and mother rooted in her Dallas community.
