On February 15, 1998, Thomas Randall, 17, and his friend Tanon Fitzpatrick, 20, were tragically shot and killed at the intersection of Delsea Drive and Route 538 in Franklin Township, New Jersey. Earlier that night, the two had been involved in an altercation at the Franklinville Skating Center, which may have escalated into the deadly shooting.
