Charles Roscoe, 82, male, a Black/African American resident of the Cleveland area, was fatally shot on the night of August 7, 2025, in East Cleveland during a domestic dispute that erupted inside a home near the intersection of Taylor Road and Terrace Road. Police were called to the residence around 11 p.m.; inside, officers found 22-year-old Erik Sharp deceased and found Charles Roscoe suffering from gunshot wounds.
