Erik Bockemeier, a 47-year-old male from Albuquerque—White / Caucasian—was found shot to death on May 24, 2025, inside a home in the 2800 block of Georgia St. NE after firefighters responded to a reported house fire around 6 a.m. The Albuquerque Police Department later identified the other victims found at the scene as his parents, Stephen William Bockemeier and Marcia Elizabeth Hagele Bockemeier.
