In the late hours of a Friday night in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a dispute over something as trivial as a parking space escalated into a tragedy that ended the life of 22-year-old Carlos Ochoa. On August 22, 2025, Ochoa had driven a group of young women to the Effingbar and Grill on Sequoia Road NW for a birthday celebration.
