On February 22, 2020, 52-year-old Omar Echenique was found dead at 920 Louisiana in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) identified him as a homicide victim shortly after the incident.

In the years following Echenique's death, the case remained unsolved. However, in 2023, APD reported progress in several cold cases, including those from 2020. Their weekly homicide update indicated that three cases from 2020 had been solved that year, with four suspects charg ...Read More
