On September 16, 2024, 25-year-old Bryan Duran tragically lost his life to gun violence in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office discovered Duran's body around 10:30 am on Monday, September 18, 2024, in the area of Douglas Road and Maplewood Avenue in southwest Albuquerque. Initial findings from the BCSO Homicide Unit, which immediately took over the investigation, revealed that Duran had sustained at least one gunshot wound.
