In the early morning hours of June 29, 2025, a party in the Blackjack community of Starkville, Mississippi, turned tragic, leaving two young men dead. One of the victims was 21-year-old Jordan Anthony Ray Mitchell. The incident, which sent shockwaves through the community, unfolded around 2:30 a.m. on Kincaid Road.
