Amber Allen, 32, a woman from Mandeville, was shot and killed on June 20, 2025, in a home on Jasmine Street after what authorities described as a domestic incident. Deputies from the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office were dispatched for reports of a woman having been shot; upon arrival, they encountered an armed man who emerged from the residence and opened fire on them.
