Black/African American female Aiyanna Williams, age 21, was out with friends in downtown Columbia, Missouri, in the early hours of September 27, 2025, when an argument unrelated to her spiraled into violence on the 900 block of East Broadway. According to local reports, shots rang out around 1:27 a.m., and Aiyanna Williams, age 21, was struck as a bystander along with two others.
