Montrel Brooks-Davis, 18, a Black male, was shot in Baltimore’s Park Heights area on the late afternoon of August 20, 2025. Officers on patrol heard gunfire around 5:13 p.m. and rushed to the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue, where they found him suffering from life-threatening wounds before medics took him to a hospital.
