In the summer of 2025, the life of 18-year-old Montrel Brooks-Davis was cut tragically short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male, Brooks-Davis became a victim of the city's ongoing gun violence on the afternoon of August 20th.
That day, Baltimore Police Department officers were called to the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue. There, they discovered Brooks-Davis suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
