Kenneth Simms, age 30, male, was a Black / African American who was found dead in New Orleans on August 16, 2025. The morning unfolded like a bruise across the neighborhood when officers answered a call to the 1200 block of Lesseps Street and discovered Kenneth Simms, a 30-year-old man, unresponsive and clearly the victim of violence.
