In the quiet of a Wednesday morning on September 10, 2025, officers were called to the intersection of Grandhaven Avenue and Old Colony Drive in Marlton, an unincorporated part of Upper Marlboro in Prince George’s County. There, in a wooded area off a residential street, they found 30-year-old Randon Howard, a male from Upper Marlboro, suffering from gunshot wounds.
