Kenneth Spaulding, 34, a Black/African American male from Baltimore, Maryland, was found inside a building on the 3300 block of Spaulding Avenue on the morning of September 13, 2025. Officers were called at approximately 8:26 a.m. to check on an unresponsive person and discovered that Kenneth Spaulding had suffered an apparent gunshot wound to the head; medics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
