Owen Fielder, a 13-year-old boy from O'Fallon, Missouri, tragically died on May 9, 2020, after being shot in the head. The incident occurred at a friend's mobile home in the 400 block of Mar-Ton Estates Drive. According to court documents, Dylan Woolbright, a 17-year-old at the time, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action in connection with Owen's death.
