In the early morning hours in O'Fallon, Missouri, the life of 20-year-old Shelbi Milburn was tragically cut short. On that fateful day, first responders were called to her home on North Main Street where they found her with a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, the young woman succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.
