Shelbi Milburn, a 20-year-old woman from O'Fallon, Missouri, tragically lost her life on October 17, 2021. She was fatally shot at a residence on North Main Street in O'Fallon. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 3 a.m. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found Shelbi with a gunshot wound to her torso. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
