In a northwest Atlanta neighborhood, the life of 18-year-old Chase Evans was tragically cut short on the evening of Friday, June 6, 2025. The young man, a male, was in the 400 block of Fairlock Lane when gunfire erupted, leaving him with a fatal wound.
Atlanta Police Department officers responded to calls of a person shot around 5:45 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Evans unresponsive. Despite the immediate response from emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office later officially identified the victim as Chase X. Evans.
