In the late hours of a Thursday night in Michigan City, Indiana, a distressing 911 call shattered the calm, setting in motion a tragic sequence of events that would claim the life of 25-year-old Treven Armstrong. The call, received by the LaPorte County Regional Dispatch Center at approximately 10:58 p.m. on May 29, 2025, came from a man asserting that someone was attempting to kill him in the vicinity of Dewey Street and Michigan Boulevard.
