Jermiaha Charles Billups, 19, a Black male, was found late on the morning of June 13, 2025, lying in the 1100 block of North Tibbs Avenue on Indianapolis’s near west side. Officers had been dispatched around 9:37 a.m. on a report of a person down; when they arrived, they discovered he had been shot and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Marion County Coroner’s Office later identified him as Jermiaha Charles Billups.
