In the quiet community of Cedar Falls, Iowa, a domestic dispute on the evening of June 4, 2025, ended in the tragic death of 72-year-old David Alan Charlton. Police were dispatched to his residence on Newland Drive around 6:30 p.m. following a report of a domestic disturbance and a possible shooting.
