In the quiet community of Cedar Falls, Iowa, a "disorderly situation" at the Country Terrace Mobile Home Park on the afternoon of March 22, 2026, ended in tragedy. Sixteen-year-old Jeremiah Butler lost his life to gun violence, a loss that would ripple through the neighborhood.
