In the predawn hours of August 6, 2025, the life of 24-year-old Julian Keith Flowers was tragically cut short in a shooting at the Willow Creek Crossing Apartments in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A Black/African American male, Flowers was discovered by Fort Wayne Police Department officers around 1:58 a.m. suffering from a gunshot wound in the 7200 block of Lakeridge Drive.
