Julian Keith Flowers, 24, a male who was Black/African American, died after a pre-dawn shooting on August 6, 2025, at the Willow Creek Crossing Apartments in the 7200 block of Lakeridge Drive on Fort Wayne’s south side. Officers were dispatched around 1:58–1:59 a.m., found Julian Keith Flowers, 24, male, with a gunshot wound, and medics rushed him to a local trauma hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
