Kenneth Lemar Richards, a 53-year-old Black man from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was fatally shot on January 14, 2025. Authorities responded to a call regarding a shooting near 1400 E. Lewis Street at approximately 9:45 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Richards suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
