On a Thursday evening in Indianapolis, what initially appeared to be a single-vehicle crash unfolded into a homicide investigation that claimed the life of 24-year-old Ronnie Elijah Ameen. First responders were called to the 9500 block of East 37th Place on September 4, 2025, around 7 p.m. for a report of a crash with injuries.
