Tyrone Howard, 21, a Black/African American male, died on September 7, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shortly after 2 p.m., the car he was driving crashed into a parked vehicle outside Robco Transmission & Auto at 3101 Emerson Avenue South. First responders discovered he had been shot near the 2900 block of Emerson Avenue South. He was taken to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
