Tyrone Howard, 21, a Black/African American male, died on September 7, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shortly after 2 p.m., the car he was driving crashed into a parked vehicle outside Robco Transmission & Auto at 3101 Emerson Avenue South.
