Anthony Ray Penta, 29, a White/Caucasian male from Redding, California, died on September 2, 2025, after being shot outside a home on Abernathy Lane. First responders pronounced him dead at the scene alongside his mother, 47-year-old Chastity Milenewicz, according to the Shasta County Coroner. The location was identified as the 10000 block of Abernathy Lane, and the incident was recorded as a double homicide that afternoon.
