Emmanuel Vega, a 35-year-old resident of Redding, California, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., in the parking lot near a Jack in the Box restaurant and an AMPM gas station located at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Buenaventura Boulevard. Vega was shot and subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries around 6 a.m.
