Death by Force

Christopher Lee Borreson, 47, from Maynard, Arkansas, called 911 on Thursday, May 29, 2025, saying he had been shot. Deputies from the Randolph County Sheriff's Office were sent to the 2900 block of Pitman Road, but while still on the line with emergency responders, the 47-year-old man succumbed to his wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for cause and manner of death determinations.
