In the late hours of July 28, 2025, the life of 28-year-old Chris Young, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident unfolded around 11:30 p.m. in the 5500 block of Maple Street, where officers responded to reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Young lying in the roadway, having sustained at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
