In the early hours of August 5, 2020, a devastating fire engulfed a home in Denver, Colorado, tragically cutting short the life of 23-year-old Adja Diol, a female of Senegalese descent. The blaze, which was deliberately set, also claimed the lives of her 29-year-old husband, Djibril Diol, their 22-month-old daughter, Khadija Diol, as well as Djibril's 25-year-old sister, Hassan Diol, and her infant daughter, Hawa Beye.
