Eric Bowden, 32, male, African-American/Black, was found dead in Las Vegas on September 4, 2008. Fire crews and police discovered his body inside a residence that had been deliberately set ablaze. The death was ruled a homicide, and investigators determined the blaze appeared to be an attempt to conceal what happened to him.
