Melissa Marie Urbin, a 14-year-old white female from Fenton, Genesee County, Michigan, was tragically murdered on September 29, 1991. She and her 16-year-old sister, Michelle Urbin, were walking near their home in Tyrone Township when they were abducted by Leslie Allen Williams, a convicted serial killer and habitual offender.
