Milton Harvey was a 14-year-old African American boy who lived in Atlanta, Georgia. On September 4, 1979, he disappeared while running an errand for his mother. He had been sent to Citizens & Southern Bank to pay a credit card bill and was last seen riding a yellow 10-speed bicycle. Milton lived with his mother, Patricia Ellis, and stepfather, Roy Ellis, having moved from the Leila Valley housing projects in 1973. He was a student at Harper High School.
