In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Las Vegas, a violent encounter tragically cut short the life of 22-year-old Juan Mejia-Hernandez. On April 8, 2009, at approximately 10:36 p.m., Mejia-Hernandez, a Hispanic male, was the victim of what authorities believe was an act of road rage.
