Beth Elaine Dodge, a 33-year-old white female, was tragically murdered on April 12, 1984, in Victor, Ontario County, New York. Born on November 17, 1950, in Little Falls, Herkimer County, New York, Dodge was the daughter of John P. Spofford and Evelyn Flanders Spofford. She had previously been married to William A. Dodge, though they were divorced at the time of her death. She was also a mother to a four-year-old daughter and had two brothers and two sisters.
