In the spring of 1984, a wave of fear swept across the United States as a man named Christopher Bernard Wilder, an Australian-American serial killer, embarked on a violent, cross-country crime spree. His reign of terror would ultimately claim the life of Beth Elaine Dodge, a 33-year-old white female from the Victor, New York area.
