Tanya Teresa Begay, a 36-year-old Native American woman of Navajo descent, vanished on March 3, 2017, after last being seen in Tohatchi, New Mexico. Tanya had planned to travel from Leupp, Arizona, to her family's home near Gallup, New Mexico—a trip that should have taken only a few hours.
