On July 10, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Ruidoso, New Mexico, resulting in the death of 55-year-old Zeba Lynette Morris-French. The event unfolded in the early morning hours when Ruidoso police were dispatched to 109 Mustang Drive following a 911 call.
