Michele Jolene Lakey, an 11-year-old Caucasian girl from Scranton, Pennsylvania, vanished on August 26, 1986, while walking home after visiting her mother at Mercy Hospital. She was last seen speaking to a friend at the corner of Myrtle Street and North Washington Avenue, but she never made it to her home on the 1300 block of North Washington.
