On January 24, 1981, a tragic series of murders occurred in Arm, Mississippi, claiming the lives of three individuals. The victims were 41-year-old White male Bobby Clifford Neal, his 13-year-old daughter Amanda Joy Neal, and her 12-year-old cousin Melanie Sue Polk. The perpetrator was identified as Howard Monteville Neal, a 27-year-old White male and half-brother to Bobby Clifford Neal.
